Landon: "Can I have a snack?"
Mommy: "No, baby. You've already had breakfast and a popsicle. Snacks are not good for your body all the time."
Landon: "But we can get me a HEALTHY snack."

I am teaching Landon that we have to love ourselves. Now when I ask him if he knows who I love, he says, "Landon and Kelsey! And Daddy. And Nana and Papa and Uncle Eric. And you! You love yourself, too!"
